What We Do --
When
you come to us as buyer you are given a team of professionals made
up of a finance/mortgage specialists, real estate agent, insurance
person, building inspector, termite company, home warranty company
and a title company. It’s is your team’s job to see you through
the whole process from beginning to end. The team is coordinated by
us.
You
will be shown how to obtain a free training course on how to purchase a home so
you’ll be fully aware of all the costs, timeframes and procedures
BEFORE you enter into a contract.
You
are given a private counseling
session with a member of the Association to discuss personal
or unique situations and to finally answer all your questions.
ALL
THIS IS FREE!
We only ask that you provide your own earnest money
(recommended at least $500 - $700).
